Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $37,440 – $43,680 DOE

A well-established professional services organization in Bakersfield is looking to add a dependable Administrative Assistant to its team. This company supports a growing client base and is known for its commitment to operational excellence, strong customer relationships, and collaborative work environment. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while serving as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The Opportunity

This position was created to support continued growth and increasing administrative demands across the organization. You'll serve as the central hub for office operations, ensuring schedules stay organized, communications are handled efficiently, and important documentation is maintained accurately.

Working closely with leadership and multiple departments, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource while gaining exposure to a variety of business functions. What You'll Do

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for team members and leadership
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Support daily office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
Maintain filing systems, records, and administrative documentation with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate office supplies, vendor communication, and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, or related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
Experience supporting multiple priorities in a professional office environment; customer service experience preferred
