What You’ll Do (Duties)
Must be EXPERIENCED in:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, scrape, and prime surfaces.
- Expert Application: Apply paint and high-end finishes using brushes, rollers, and professional spray equipment.
- Finishing Touches: Perform precise caulking and masking.
- Job Site Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace out of respect for our customer's homes.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the crew to meet deadlines without ever compromising on quality.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Proven Experience: Strong background in custom residential painting (both interior and exterior).
- Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating, maintaining, and thoroughly cleaning airless spray machines.
- Prep Experts: Skilled in detailed surface preparation and an understanding of various painting techniques and materials.
- Professionalism: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Logistics: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
