Full Job Description

Enrollment Representative - Medicare Advantage (Healthcare Administration)

Location: Orange, CA (Hybrid opportunity after training)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $21-$22/hour

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting members through the healthcare enrollment process? We are seeking Enrollment Representatives to join a growing healthcare organization focused on improving care and services for Medicare Advantage members.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare administration, insurance enrollment, data entry, or customer support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Accurately enter, review, and update Medicare Advantage enrollment applications
Verify applicant eligibility while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation
Process plan changes, denials, and special election requests as needed
Identify and escalate enrollment discrepancies or errors following compliance procedures
Perform quality checks on your own work to maintain accuracy standards
Respond to questions from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding enrollment status
Occasionally make outbound calls to obtain missing information or resolve application issues
Track productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy metrics

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
1+ year of data entry, administrative, healthcare, insurance, or office experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity goals
Comfortable making occasional outbound calls

Preferred Experience:

Medicare Advantage enrollment experience
Health insurance or healthcare administration background
Call center, claims, member services, or insurance operations experience

Role Details:

Location: Orange, CA (On-site during training; hybrid opportunity after approximately 1 month)
Hybrid schedule after training may include:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday onsite
Tuesday/Thursday remote

Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturdays
