Sales Rep | Fick Bros. Roofing & Exterior Remodeling | Baltimore, MD | $100K to $200K+

Most sales jobs ask you to sell something nobody has heard of, to people who don't trust you yet, for a paycheck somebody else decides.

Fick Bros. has been Baltimore's exterior remodeling company since 1915. Four generations. Over a century of slate roofs, copper work, and homes people actually brag about. We are hiring sales reps. Not order takers. Not clock watchers. People who want to build a real career and get paid what they are actually worth.

What You Can Actually Earn

No cap. No ceiling. Your income is a straight reflection of your effort.

- Average reps clear $100K a year

- Top producers pull $160K to $200K+

- Up to 10% commission on every project you close

- 8% paid weekly the moment your project starts, 2% when it wraps

- Weekly pay, so your cash flow stays steady

You Will Not Be Starting From Zero
