Responsibilities

Develop and configure business processes using Bizagi Modeler and Bizagi Automation Server
Build and customize user forms, business rules, and notifications based on functional requirements
Create and maintain integrations with state databases, web services, and third-party applications
Write and maintain documentation for developed processes and technical configurations
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business analysts and state agency representatives
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing process applications
Assist with deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments
Follow established coding standards, security protocols, and state IT governance policies

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in BPM/workflow development with at least 2 years on the Bizagi platform
Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and process design principles
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL for building Bizagi expressions and connectors.
Experience developing REST/SOAP web service integrations.
Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
