Full Job Description

Growing physical therapy company is seeking a full time Physical Therapist at our outpatient orthopedics clinic located in the area of Baltimore, MD. (Charles Street Location)

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. Your expertise in patient treatment will contribute to improving patients' quality of life. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing the highest level of service. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications:
- Valid license or in the process of becoming licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the Board of Medicine
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and schedule:

Annual Salary$105,000 - $124,000 - Depending on experience
Additional Compensation - $10,000 Structured Sign on Bonus

Schedule - Monday - Thursday 11 AM - 7 PM and Fridays 9 AM - 5 PM, each week.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
