Opening 1 - Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler/Engineered Systems
Reports To: Production Manager: Engineered Systems/Electrics/Portables

Summary: Responsible for building, filling and packing IT services/engineered systems by performing the following duties. Maintains and enforces adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Assemble system sub-assemblies from purchased components.
- Assemble valves on cylinders.
- Fill systems and packs orders from a Bill of Material.
- Pack and label shipments properly per DOT regulations for dangerous goods.
- Recycle Halon from decommissioned systems.
- Maintain engineered system inventory and submit requisition for parts as required.
- Adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Use electronic devices for data entry (tablets/PCs).
- Communication with customers and including technical support.
Opening 2 Job Title - Technician
DUTIES
- Operate manual lathes and milling machines to machine precision metal parts from engineering drawings.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machining and welding equipment.
- Perform MIG/TIG and general welding for production, repair, and fabrication.
- Build prototype parts and custom tooling with engineering support.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Fabricate threaded components and high-pressure adapters.
- Safely work with high-pressure equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Transfer liquids using pneumatic pumps.
- Maintain production equipment and assist with facility upkeep.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
SKILLS
1. Machining and Fabrication:
Proficiency in operating lathe and milling machines.
Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
Experience with general welding and automatic welding machines.
Knowledge of thread cutting and making adaptors for high-pressure applications.
2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Skills in operating and maintaining custom machinery and production equipment.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed records.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
