About the Role:
As a CBRESenior Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will assist with the coordinationand execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events. This job ispart of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providingworld-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designatedbuilding.
What You’ll Do:
- Secondary point of contact for smaller meetings and events. Provide support forlarger and more complex meetings and events as needed.
- Workwith clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate guest services. Thisincludes arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, special needsrequirements, printing, and event security.
- Create ahospitable environment for attendees, event owners, and vendors on the day ofthe event.
- Assistwith conference room turnover and midday room refresh. Reconfigure rooms forevening indoor and outdoor spaces. Take direction from senior team members.
- Respondto event activities such as gathering event supplies, equipment needs, food& beverage services, facility security, etc.
- Conductroom set up, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items.Maintain outlines of small space configurations, decor possibilities, andevent-related event items.
- Completeroom checks and ensure technical and visual spaces are functional. Troubleshootaudio and technical issues.
- Manage asmall inventory of event supplies. • Coordinate master meeting and eventscalendar for small to medium-sized event spaces. Communicate events schedulewith team and service providers.
- Assistwith post-event reporting and reconciliation. Escalate potential issues andconcerns as appropriate.
- Useexisting procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limitedopportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impactthrough clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliverown output by following defined procedures and processes under closesupervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
- HighSchool Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Fulfillthe physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping,standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry heavy loadsof 50 lbs. or more.
- Abilityto follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
- Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Sr Meeting and Events Coordinator position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Meeting and Events Coordinator position is $63,000 annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
