Commercial Energy Sales Representative

· Weekly base pay PLUS uncapped commission — you earn from what you close, and you don't wait a month to get paid

What You'll Do

· Sell commercial energy contracts (electricity and natural gas) to small and mid-sized businesses door-to-door across your territory

· Build a pipeline of decision-makers

· Present pricing, contract terms in a way a business owner can actually understand

· Manage your book: follow up, renew, refer, and grow

· Work closely with your sales manager and back-office team to keep deals moving from signature to activation

· Hit weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals

What We Offer

· Target earnings: $60,000–$80,000 in year one, with strong reps clearing well above that

· Weekly base pay PLUS uncapped commission and performance bonuses

· Ongoing training, ride-alongs, and mentorship from experienced commercial energy closers — including full ramp-up for reps coming from other sales industries

· Defined territories and warm market access

· A clear path to grow into team lead, sales management, or build your own downline

· Sales experience strongly preferred — D2D, B2B, telecom, solar, merchant services, insurance, copier/SaaS, or any role where you've had to open and close on your own. Energy experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you on the product.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to work your territory in person

· Strong communicator, professional presentation

· Coachable — you've got the drive, we'll sharpen the craft
