Baltimore, MD (Hybrid Potential) $90,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Lucrative Commission & Performance Bonuses
We are seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 2-6+ years of litigation experience to join our growing Baltimore team. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is highly preferred, although strong litigation attorneys from other practice areas will also be considered.
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active Maryland Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)

2-6+ years of litigation experience

Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred

Strong deposition, writing, and advocacy skills

Comfortable managing a caseload with increasing autonomy

What You'll Do

Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation

Draft and argue motions

Conduct depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts

Handle discovery and case strategy

Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Work closely with senior trial attorneys on complex and catastrophic injury matters

Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings

Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service
