Your Role: Guest Services Liaison

As the Guest Services Liaison, you’ll be the keystone of our guest experience. Your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment. From greeting guests with genuine warmth to handling complex scheduling needs, your role is about building trust and ensuring that each visit is memorable for all the right reasons.

You’ll work closely with our talented team of nail artists, anticipate guest needs before they ask, and keep the salon running smoothly. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to set the tone for a brand committed to redefining the nail care industry.

Your Experience Matters

We’re seeking someone with salon experience because you understand the flow of a busy salon and the importance of making every guest feel like a VIP. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Salon Savvy: At least 1 year of experience in a salon reception role or similar position, with knowledge of nail care services and products.
Communication Skills: A natural ability to engage guests and communicate effectively with team members.
Professionalism: You embody a polished, approachable demeanor that reflects Nail Haven’s high standards.
Organizational Talent: Managing appointments, payments, and guest concerns is second nature to you.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and basic tools like Google Suite.
Calm Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle competing demands with ease.

What You’ll Do

Your day as a Guest Services Liaison at Nail Haven might include:

Greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring their comfort from arrival to departure.
Managing the flow of appointments, checking guests in and out with accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively addressing guest needs, solving issues before they become problems.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Upholding professional phone etiquette when answering calls or confirming appointments.
Acting as a resource for guests by answering questions about services, products, and promotions.
Collaborating with nail artists and the Service Excellence Manager to ensure the guest experience is seamless.
