Position Summary:

The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for:

Overseeing the general daily operations of the food services department.
Scheduling staff and creating daily job assignments.
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria and gift shop.
Ordering food, supplies, and other items as needed to support food services, the cafeteria, and gift shop operations.
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
Ensuring the cafeteria and gift shop are maintained, organized, and operating efficiently.
Supporting staff and providing guidance to ensure excellent service and smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
2-3 years previous supervisory experience in food service operation required.
Franchise training preferred.
Serv-safe certification preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Coachable

Principal Duties:

Develops schedules and assignments
Monitors employee performance
Improves customer satisfaction
Conducts quality assurance monitoring
Responsible for adhering to sanitation requirements.

Shift:

Full-Time Rotating Shift (40 hours)

Every 4th Weekend work required (6am shift)

Salary Range: Minimum 18.40/hour - Maximum 32.21/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
