The PUDO Representative is responsible for processing mail: scanning, registration and warehousing items. He/she must have the ability to pay attention to details, have the skills to work with electronic devices and effectively communicate with customers or other companies’ representatives.

PUDO Representative Job Description

· Working within and complying with occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure your own safety and that of others.

· Assisting in loading vehicles, if necessary.

· Scanning all packages with a handheld scanner as they enter or leave Parcel Drop-off Point.

· Helping out to retail customers to declare their shipments content via authorized software (Meest Portal).

· Sorting scanned packages and placing them in the designated area per instructions.

· Communicating with customers and a landlord representative.

· Updating information in the company’s database per instructions.

· Performing administrative tasks as needed.

PUDO Representative Job Requirements – Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

· Basic PC knowledge and skills to work with electronic devices.

· Ability to talk in Ukrainian, English, Russian.

· Great attention to details, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to effectively communicate in English with customers.

· Ability to routinely lift and move objects up to 66 pounds without any assistance and occasionally move objects up to 110 pounds.

· Ability to squat, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
