Lead Complex Deep Foundation & Infrastructure Projects
Our client, one of North America's largest and most diversified infrastructure contractors, is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for deep foundation, ground improvement, and earth retention projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team delivering complex heavy civil projects that help build and strengthen critical infrastructure, including ports, dams, water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, bridges, railways, and other major civil works.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects
- Coordinate schedules, site activities, equipment, materials, and project resources
- Supervise Foremen, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers and project teams to maintain schedules and production targets
- Conduct client and project meetings as required
- Ensure Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), site inspections, and company safety procedures are completed
- Oversee quality control activities and verify QA/QC documentation and as-built records
- Review daily reports, production tracking, and field documentation
- Identify and resolve site challenges while maintaining project progress
- Mentor and develop Foremen and field personnel
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every project
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced construction leader who enjoys working in the field and has a strong background delivering deep foundation and heavy civil projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience, including experience as a Superintendent within the deep foundation industry
- Strong knowledge of deep foundation, ground improvement, and earth retention construction techniques
- Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple site activities
- Strong planning, scheduling, and field coordination skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proven commitment to safety and quality
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term project assignments as required
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Augercast piles
- Rigid inclusions
- Aggregate piers
- Caissons and drilled shafts
- Micropiles
- Tiebacks and anchors
- Grouting
- Driven piles
- Earth retention and support of excavation systems

Salary
$132,000 to $182,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Pay: $132,000.00 - $182,000.00 per year
