As a cook at Bandon Dunes, you’ll use your culinary skills to create exceptional dining experiences. Each day, you’ll prepare food according to our recipes and standards, helping to build memorable meals for our guests. You’ll help keep our kitchen safe, clean, and organized, supporting a collaborative and friendly environment where quality and attention to detail are key.

About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to two 'Courses with a Mission': Bandon Preserve, an award-winning par-3 course, and Shorty's, which opened in 2024. All net proceeds from both courses fund the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation, supporting communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

You’re A Great Fit If You:

Love the rhythm of a kitchen and can follow recipes while adding a dash of creativity.
Enjoy working in a team where you might guide others and lend a hand when needed.
You should have experience in the kitchen (1 year preferred) and be able to perform some quick math for recipes and portions.
Can thrive in a high-energy environment, managing multiple tasks, from prepping to plating, with precision.
Take pride in your appearance and presentation, and maintain the highest standards in cleanliness and safety.

What it Takes:

Basic culinary experience, ideally 1 year or more, to hit the ground running.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
Flexibility: you’ll be working varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
A positive attitude and a professional demeanor in all circumstances.
Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
