As our Director of Pharmacy Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our pharmacy department, working closely with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmaceutical care. - Current, unrestricted Oregon Pharmacist license required.
One of the following:
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency plus one (1) year of pharmacy operations experience.
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency plus two (2) years of pharmacy operations experience.
- Three (3) years of pharmacy operations experience, including at least two (2) years in an operations-focused pharmacy leadership role with direct pharmacy administration responsibilities.
- Advanced experience with inventory management and pharmaceutical wholesaler operations.
- Previous hospital pharmacy, outpatient/retail pharmacy, leadership, and 340B experience strongly preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Pay: $160,968.00 - $217,780.00 per year
