Patient Access & Medical Office Support – Jumpstart Your Healthcare Career!
Pay Rate: Varies by role (generally $18–$22/hr)
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 7/8am–4:30/5:30pm (some variable schedules)
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire Opportunities

Our client has an immediate need for Patient Access & Medical Office Support Professionals with several openings in the greater Bangor area. These positions offer competitive pay and are temp-to-hire opportunities with strong long-term career potential.

Typical daily duties:

Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
Answer and manage incoming calls (scheduling, rescheduling, and routing/triaging calls)
Verify insurance information and ensure accurate, complete pre-registration

What we’re looking for:

Strong reliability with a customer-first mindset, empathy, and the ability to calmly support patients in challenging or emotional situations
Familiarity with medical terminology, scheduling processes, and computer systems/software
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
