Operate equipment including, but not limited to, saws, polishers, grinders, hand tools, manual milling machines
Polish and/or rework parts
Chip cart removal/exchange
Gauge collection/return
Perform material handling duties as required
Follow standard escalation process
Keep workstation kanban stocked
Adhere to and follow standard work
Complete training/certification as required
Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
Saw parts
Fixture setup/prep
Tool changes/setup/setting
Ensure machine fluids are full, coordinate emptying as needed
Perform water spider preventative maintenance (WPM)
Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipment
Provide production line support (i.e., support operator)
Participate in process improvements and other activities, as required, to support the Bangor team and site goals
Communicate effectively and work well with others
Maintain accurate written and computer records
Complete monthly/annual online training as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodations
Flexibility: Willingness to work A, B C, or D Shift.
A: 5AM - 3:30PM (MON, TUES, WED, TH)
B: 3:30PM - 2AM (MON, TUES, WED, TH)
C: 6AM - 6:30PM (FRI, SAT, SUN)
D: 6PM - 6:30AM (FRI, SAT, SUN)
Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position is $27.69. This posting is expected to close June 24, 2025.
