Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Full Time Front Office Receptionist to join our resort team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations and check-ins, handling cash & credit card transactions, front desk schedules and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, and office experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence and compassionate service for the Resort.

Responsibilities

Customer Service
Answering phone calls
Handling Money transactions
Managing Front Office Staff

Qualifications - We will provide on the job training

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and data entry.
Strong organizational skills with clerical experience in filing, record management, and office administration.
