Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Director, Food & Beverage

We are looking for Restaurant Supervisors to lead the team in providing a high level of service that exceeds expectations and offer a truly unique and unforgettable experiences.

The Hermann Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Exhibit kindness, honesty, and the UTMOST integrity.

Oversees all food and beverage operations.

· Responsible for maintaining and driving acceptable sales and profits.

· Creates and facilitates a healthy culture among staff.

· Makes decisions that support our mission, brand and culture.

· Works directly with all F+B departmental managers and holds them accountable for their specific responsibilities.

· Implements and brings accountability regarding service standards, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain appropriate staffing levels for all meal periods in all outlets that involve food and beverage service.

· Ensure that all reporting is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

· Awareness of demographic, target market and competitors.

· Responsible for maintaining wine list, cocktail menus, and food service menus for the restaurant.

· Responsible for overall quality control for all food and beverage items.

· Assist, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of F&B special events.

· Maintain food and beverage facilities with respect to aesthetic, repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.

· Schedule and lead regular employee meetings.

· Ensure that food and beverage license and permits are valid. Ensure operation is compliant with requirements and regulations.

· Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including but not limited to, accurate and updated pricing, mapping, and discounts, and comps.

Supervisor Requirements:

· Circulate the restaurant and bar/pool area, continually check with the guests and the service staff to ensure that guests maintain an exceptional experience.

· Lead clientele development for the restaurant including all outside guests in addition to hotel guests.

· Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the food industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

License/Certification:

Responsible Beverage Server (Required)
