Who We Are:

Join the leading trailer dealer in south central Wisconsin. I39 supply is a locally owned dealership providing trailers, parts, service, and custom graphics for over 10 years. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve grown from a one-person startup into a dedicated team of 14—all of which live nearby and are very active in our communities.

This position will also be supporting a sister company Zero 4 Outdoors - a leading hunting blind window and door manufacturer on the same property.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as our marketing coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in building our brand and taking our story to the world.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

Create engaging content directed to our customers that builds the brand and tells the story
Create and optimize ads via social media and search engines
Engage with the surrounding communities at local events to build brand equity and loyalty
Gather sales and market research data to build performance reports.
Utilize reports to make strategic pivots in our marketing plan
Communicate with the sales team to create content and determine effective marketing strategies
Manage all donations and sponsorship opportunities
Manage all marketing co-op programs through manufacturers
Coordinate and manage events
Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

Degree in marketing or related experience
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Knowledge of various advertising avenues including social media, search engines, website and content creation.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and common marketing software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Salary - $60,000-$65,000 - negotiable based on experience

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
