We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead our global supply base, drive strategic cost-saving initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As our Sourcing Manager, you will optimize our supply chain for quality, delivery, innovation, and cost. Your core focus areas include:

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodities, mechanical components, and finished goods.
Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and onboard domestic and international suppliers; lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and growth initiatives.
Risk & Market Intelligence: Monitor global commodity trends and supply chain risks to implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, supplier diversity, and sustainability compliance across the supply base.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
Global Sourcing: Direct experience building and managing international supplier networks.
Negotiation: Strong track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier accountability.
Tools: Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred:

Experience sourcing HVAC, mechanical, or electronic components within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and supplier risk management.
Familiarity with Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) or Lean / Six Sigma principles.
Spanish language proficiency.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Mobility: Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel within a manufacturing facility.

Environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles typical of a manufacturing environment.
Travel: Approximately 25% annual travel required with increased travel during key project phases.
