Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Commodity II to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and enterprise solutions implementation to advise clients on optimizing their commodity management and procurement strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional projects, facilitating large-scale organizational change, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting, project management in technology environments, and business analysis, enabling them to support clients through complex transformations with clarity and confidence.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic plans for clients to enhance commodity procurement processes and supply chain efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping, lean management initiatives, and enterprise solutions deployment.
Manage multiple projects related to technology implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives by engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively with executive leadership.
Collaborate with clients’ management teams to develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on business development strategies, client communication, and industry best practices.
Support clients through complex negotiations, contract reviews, and vendor relationship management.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools extensively for documentation, presentations, and reporting purposes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending innovative approaches based on analysis insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in management consulting firms or enterprise solutions implementation environments.
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading technology-driven initiatives.
Expertise in strategic planning, process mapping, lean management, and large-scale organizational change management.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business analysis methodologies to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead complex projects from inception to completion.
