Earn Extra Income Alongside Your Daytime BCBA Position
ABA Journey is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote clinical services during afternoon and evening hours.
This opportunity is designed for a BCBA who already works during the day—such as in an ABA clinic, school, hospital, or private practice—and wants additional hours with a flexible schedule.
As an afternoon/evening BCBA with ABA Journey, you will oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, review client data, update treatment plans, and support parents and caregivers. You will receive administrative and clinical support so you can focus on providing high-quality care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA, a newer BCBA building clinical experience, or a clinic-based BCBA looking for additional income without leaving their primary position.
What You’ll Do as a BCBA
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and ensure that each client’s treatment program is ethical, individualized, data-driven, and effective.
Responsibilities include:

- Create and update behavior intervention plans
- Provide remote supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians

- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional records
- Follow BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable Georgia guidelines
- Communicate consistently with the ABA Journey clinical team
- Help clients make meaningful progress toward socially significant goals
The afternoon/evening BCBA should be organized, responsive, clinically confident, and able to manage assigned cases independently while remaining connected to the ABA Journey team.
