Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vibrant role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to provide references upon request. Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly
Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately stored and easily accessible
Perform data entry tasks using computer skills in Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping and record keeping
Support office management by providing support to coworkers and project managers.
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
Strong interest and inclination to work with numbers.
Experience in managing expenses, office procedures, filing systems and ability to handle confidential information.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring client satisfactionQualifications
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop bookkeeping software is preferred
Excellent data entry skills for efficient record keeping
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively
Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
