About the Role

Cleaners Depot is growing and we're looking for a Franchise Consultant to help drive performance across 50+ franchise locations. This is a high-impact, field-based role for someone who wants to own their work, move fast, and see the results of their effort in real time.

You'll work directly with franchise owners and store leaders to elevate execution, strengthen customer experience, and protect the brand—all while working alongside senior leadership. The right person brings both coaching ability and operational rigor. You’ll need to be the kind of person who thrives on variety: one day you're in the field coaching a store team, the next you're analyzing performance data and building action plans.

This role reports directly to the VP of Operations.

What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for franchise owners, operators, and store managers across the network.
Coach and influence franchisees to improve store performance while maintaining brand and operational standards.
Conduct recurring standards assessments, communicate findings clearly, and drive measurable improvement over time.
Ensure stores meet quality and brand expectations so every customer has a consistently excellent experience.
Review and analyze weekly/monthly KPIs and operational data; identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and build actionable plans.
Lead or support the rollout of new programs and initiatives; ensure adoption through follow-through in the field.
Resolve franchisee, customer, and vendor issues as needed to protect the brand and maintain strong relationships.
Support new store openings and franchisee onboarding as we expand into new markets.
Share field learnings and contribute to cross-functional efforts that improve the overall system.

What We're Looking For

Experience

5–8+ years of management experience in a multi-unit environment (restaurant, retail, or service-based industries preferred).
Franchise experience is a strong plus, particularly in roles requiring influence without direct authority.
Operational experience with P&L management and comfort using KPIs to drive results.
Track record of coaching, mentoring, or developing others toward better performance.
Spanish-language proficiency a major plus.

Tech & Tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfort learning and adopting new business systems (POS, CRM, customer feedback platforms, workflow tools).
Willing to learn basic hands on mechanical skills and rudimentary chemistry.

Other Requirements

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently—daily local travel to franchise locations, semi-regular out of town and overnight trips.
Physically able to work in active store environments, including exposure to noise, heat, chemicals/solvents, tight spaces, and typical operational conditions.
Flexibility to cover nights and weekends as needed for key initiatives and franchisee support as needed.
