Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, manage staff, uphold service standards, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests while maintaining operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong managerial skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Duties

Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams
Supervise and manage hospitality teams to ensure high performance and excellent customer service standards
Implement and monitor hotel guest service protocols to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial planning
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data management
Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and property management system (PMS) standards

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of hotel management software, property management systems (PMS), and hospitality reservation systems
Financial management experience including budgeting, revenue management, and financial operations
Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards, guest relations, and customer service excellence
Experience overseeing night audit processes and managing front desk operations with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Background in resort or hotel experience preferred; prior night audit experience is advantageous
