What You’ll Do

As a Tool & Die Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gradually build your skills:

Assist Tool & Die Makers in daily operations
Learn to operate basic toolroom equipment safely and efficiently
Use precision measuring instruments
Support pressroom operations as needed
Help set up dies in the pressroom with a strong focus on safety
Assist with inspections and quality checks
Follow instructions and develop strong technical understanding

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow:

Education: High school diploma required
Experience: Basic understanding of machines and tools preferred
Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required
AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience is a plus
