Position: Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - 100% Remote - Illinois License or Active IMLC Required
Licensure: Active Illinois MD or DO License or Active IMLC License Required
Compensation: Starting at $300,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (40 hours per week) | Fully Remote - CST (U.S. Only)

Are you a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care?

At Iris Telehealth, we're on a mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care and we'd love for you to be part of it. We're looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in Illinois or holding an active IMLC license to join one of our behavioral healthcare partners in an outpatient setting, treating patients ages 18+. This role offers the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care.

You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care.

About the Role:

Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Clinic based in Illinois
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/wk in CST | Clinic Hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Patient Population: Ages 18+
Diagnoses: Depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, and other general mental health conditions
Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 20 minutes for follow-up appointments
Administrative Time: 60 minutes per day
EMR: EpicRemote & Supported: Fully remote opportunity with comprehensive administrative, operational, and telehealth support
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a dedicated care team to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare
No On-Call DutiesNo NP Supervision Required

Qualifications:

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC license required
Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Experience treating adults ages 18+
Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Epic is a plus)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
