Job Summary
Dentistry by Dr. Kaplansky is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Gasport, NY. The right candidate will step into a busy, highly productive practice with an experienced support team, modern operatories, a large active patient base, and a collaborative clinical environment.

Mentorship & Clinical Growth
Mentorship is a major part of this opportunity. Dr. Kaplansky provides structured and accessible support, including monthly case review meetings where associates can present and discuss cases. He is also available day-to-day for clinical guidance and collaboration.
One of the most unique benefits of this practice is the in-house dental laboratory. With three dedicated lab technicians, two five-axis CAD/CAM mills, and two 3D printers, associates receive real-time feedback on preparations, restorations, and case outcomes. This allows for faster clinical development and a level of hands-on learning that is difficult to find in a traditional practice setting.
Responsibilities
The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality comprehensive dental care, including:
Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Extractions, as clinically appropriate
Comprehensive patient care
Collaboration with the clinical and administrative team
Building long-term patient relationships
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Communicating clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Additional clinical opportunities may be available depending on experience and interest, including implant dentistry, advanced restorative cases, digital dentistry, and expanded comprehensive treatment.

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active or eligible New York dental license

Compensation
Expected annual compensation: $200,000–$300,000+
$1,000/day daily guarantee
High earning potential due to strong patient flow, established systems, and lower dentist-to-patient competition in the area
Location
The practice is located in Gasport, NY, in Western New York. Gasport is approximately one hour from downtown Buffalo and about 90 minutes from Toronto.
This location offers the benefit of a strong patient demand, less competition than many urban markets, and the option to live locally or commute from the Buffalo area. The practice may also be a strong fit for Canadian-trained dentists who want to remain close to Toronto.
