Your Role:

Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.

Typing at least 25 WPM.
Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
Secure, private work area at home.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
