Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position is full-time (40 hrs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient work environment and will involve interaction with clients, staff, and management.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with scheduling our services with clients
Help create, manage, and publish advertisements across social media platforms and other forms of marketing
Assist in producing content for company promotions and maintaining an active online presence
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office management

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing/advertising practices is a plus
Proficiency in managing and executing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
