The law firm of Katz and Baehre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our team. We are a Trust and Estates law firm and the ideal candidate will have experience drafting Wills/Trusts or working on Estate Administration. We welcome candidates with other relevant experience to apply.

We are a small but busy law firm that provides a positive work environment. Significant client contact on both the phone and in-person is involved with our work. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude.

We are seeking to hire someone for either full-time or part-time work, which would be in the office which is located on Main Street in Clarence.

You will provide essential support to our legal team by assisting with document management and preparation and performing various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in the legal field. Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls interacting with clients on the phone.

Excellent compensation depending on experience.
