The Senior Client Engagement Specialist serves as the primary contact for sales partners and their high-volume clients, ensuring the success of e-commerce programs and long-term business relationships. This role bridges strategy and execution, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and driving performance across multiple client accounts.

Essential Functions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales partners.
Lead and manage e-commerce program activities to meet and exceed performance goals.
Support sales efforts with pricing, product presentations, vendor negotiations, and proposals.
Coordinate product decks, mockups, and branded materials tailored to client needs.
Manage inventory, orders, and reporting to ensure seamless client experiences.
Analyze data to monitor account performance and create actionable insights.
Educate clients and partners on processes, program guidelines, and compliance standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing, billing, and logistics.
Stay engaged in departmental projects and committees to enhance processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in client relationship or account management, ideally within a marketing, e-commerce, or promotional products environment.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of billing, receivables, inventory management, and compliance practices.
MAS (Master Advertising Specialist) certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
