Remote Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000+ annually
About the Opportunity
We're an established digital marketing company looking for driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our fully remote team.
This is a high-volume sales role working exclusively with company-provided warm leads—no cold calling. You'll follow a proven sales process, engage with qualified prospects throughout the day, and have the support of experienced leadership committed to helping you succeed.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls with warm prospects
Build rapport, identify customer needs and one call closing
Follow a structured sales process from introduction through close
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals
Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within company systems
Collaborate with managers and teammates to continually improve performance

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of phone-based inside sales experience preferred
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the business
Comfortable working from a sales script while building authentic conversations
Highly motivated, dependable, and self-disciplined
Coachable with a desire to continuously improve
Able to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven environment
