Full Job Description

Job Summary

Louisiana Laserderm is a women owned and veteran-owned aesthetic and anti aging practice dedicated to natural-looking results and exceptional patient care. We specialize in advanced laser treatments and comprehensive aesthetic medicine in a professional, supportive and growth oriented environment. We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about aesthetics and wants to join a collaborative team that values clinical excellence and patient relationships.

Responsibilities

Perform injectable procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, and dermal fillers.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations to determine suitability for procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation of procedures performed, patient responses, and follow-up care in electronic health record (EHR) system.
Educate patients on procedure expectations, post-treatment care, potential side effects, and answer all questions thoroughly to ensure informed consent.
Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols during all clinical activities.
Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, injection techniques, and relevant medical research to provide cutting-edge care.

Qualifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in injection administration.
Proven experience in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and related procedures.
Strong background in clinical research, critical care experience, or hospital medicine preferred.
Familiarity with advanced nursing skills such as IV infusion, and phlebotomy,
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about treatment options and care plans.
