Duties

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency with brand standards and customer expectations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures.
Develop innovative menus tailored to our concept while maintaining profitability and adhering to dietary restrictions and food safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards to uphold a safe working environment.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services by managing food production schedules and supervising setup to deliver flawless service.
Oversee shift management by scheduling staff efficiently, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training in culinary techniques and customer service.
Implement inventory management systems to track usage, reduce spoilage, and optimize purchasing decisions.
Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring timely service delivery and managing the overall restaurant or facility operations.

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and catering services.
Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective team management skills.
Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling practices, and sanitation standards.
Expertise in menu planning, food production processes, and cost control strategies within the food industry.
Experience managing inventory control systems and implementing efficient inventory management practices.
Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities including shift management, food service operations, and catering logistics seamlessly.
