Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented baker to prepare cupcakes, cakes and other sweets. Also, cupcake and cake decorating. Contact to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exquisite baked goods, desserts, and pastries that delight our guests and elevate our culinary offerings. Your expertise in pastry arts, food preparation, and cake decorating will be essential in delivering high-quality products consistently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a vibrant food industry setting. A strong focus on food safety, high-volume production, and customer service will ensure our standards are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cupcakes, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other treats with precision and creativity
Decorate cakes and desserts using professional cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
Manage food production processes efficiently to meet high-volume demands without compromising quality
Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling baked items
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times in compliance with health regulations
Package finished products securely for delivery or retail display, maintaining presentation standards
Assist with catering orders and special event setups by preparing baked goods and coordinating delivery logistics
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety management practices

Requirements

Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts
Extensive knowledge of cake decorating techniques and food presentation skills
Experience in food production within a high-volume kitchen or bakery setting
Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Culinary experience that demonstrates versatility across baking, cooking, and food industry best practices
