Job Overview
Orange Strategy is expanding our creative network and is looking for talented project-based videographers to support upcoming client work throughout Louisiana and surrounding areas.
This is ideal for experienced freelancers or creatives looking for flexible, contract-based opportunities. Projects may include brand stories, leadership events, interviews, social media content, corporate productions, and community initiatives.
As part of our selection process, we will invite 2–3 finalists to participate in a paid audition during an event in August. This allows us to see how you work in a real production environment while ensuring you're compensated for your time.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video for client projects, including events, interviews, brand stories, and promotional content.
- Set up and manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio as needed.
- Work collaboratively with Orange Strategy's creative team and project leads.
- Capture compelling moments while following creative direction.
- Maintain professional interactions with clients and event attendees.
- Deliver organized footage following project specifications.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and professional event coverage.
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera systems.
- Ability to capture clean audio and work confidently in live event environments.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Professional, client-friendly demeanor.
- Ability to take creative direction while also anticipating meaningful moments to capture.
- Access to professional camera equipment is preferred.
