JOB PURPOSE:

May include, but not limited to:

Cross function with other units and cross sell the property
Lead and grow a team
Build positive relationship with guests
Select talented new team members
Assist in building a budget and meet staffing guidelines
Can implement operating procedures and standards

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of related experience working in Hotel Operations preferred but not required
Driven by purpose, mission, values, and has sense of urgency
Strong decision making skills, able to make quick decisions that benefit both the guest(s) and the company
Positivity and flexibility with a changing schedule
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Able to build positive short and long term relationships with guests and team
Strong reading comprehension, ability to send and receive many emails
Able to multitask
Able to work closely with staff through strong communication and verbal skills
Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours or more
Able to stoop and bend
Drivers license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
Able to comply with safety and health code standards
Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
