Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Handler to join our growing team.

The responsibilities for this role include the care and management of dogs in a dynamic environment, keeping them safe, clean, healthy, and happy. The ideal candidate will have a good customer service skills, strong work ethic, a love for dogs of all shapes and sizes. This position is great for someone who enjoy working with dogs and want to contribute to their well-being in a professional setting.

Duties
- Supervise and manage groups of dogs during playtime and exercise sessions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care by monitoring their behavior.
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and nail trimming.
- Maintain cleanliness in the facility.
- Communicate with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and needs.
- Handle any necessary animal restraint techniques safely and humanely.
- Perform heavy lifting as required when moving equipment or supplies.

Requirements
- Reliable and on time with good communication skills

- Must have a working phone

- Good customer service

- Must have a positive attitude and get along with others

- Must have good common sense and a healthy self drive

- Experience in pet sitting or dog handling, is advantageous but not a requirement

- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting associated with equipment or supplies

- A genuine passion for animals and their welfare is essential

- Must love dogs!
