Rotational Mold Operator – 2nd ShiftPenmac Staffing is hiring a Rotational Mold Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Brainerd area. This full-time, hands-on position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment, take pride in producing quality parts, and value safety and teamwork. Pay: $20+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Location: In personRotational Mold Operator Responsibilities:

Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality plastic parts
Develop a strong understanding of machine operation, molds, and related equipment
Accurately measure, prepare, and load molding materials for each production cycle
Open and close molds using proper tools and techniques to ensure consistent production
Clean mold flanges and remove excess plastic to ensure proper sealing and part quality
Load powder into molds, ensure vents are clear, and secure molds using clamps or bolts
Cycle molds through ovens and monitor curing and cooling processes
Remove finished parts from molds while preventing damage or contamination
Perform secondary operations such as trimming, foaming, assembly, graphics application, and packaging
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and identify opportunities for process improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Rotational Mold Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience using electrical, pneumatic, or industrial hand tools
Ability to safely maneuver molds weighing 75 pounds or more using lifting equipment such as forklifts or hoists
Previous rotational molding experience preferred but not required
Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motion
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety procedures

Schedule & Work Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
8-hour shifts
Monday through Friday, 2nd shift
