Full Job Description

Job Overview
Beattie Master Pool & Spa is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. This position averages 20-25 hours per week during the busy season and 10-15 hours per week during the winter season. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial and adminstrative tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform accurate data entry
Track and mantain construction job costing records
Reconcile and manage banking transactions
Prepare and process customer billing
maintain organized financial records and documention

Qualifications

Experience with Sage or Quickbooks preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous bookkeeping or accounting preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping

Skills

Exception attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Effective time management abilities
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
