Full Job Description

Bob’s Johns is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our locally owned team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, can work independently, and is willing to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with a local company where hard work and dedication are recognized.

Pay: $18-$22/hour to start, depending on experience. After 90 days, there will be an opportunity for a performance review and pay increase based on performance, reliability, and growth in the position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with some flexibility. Choose 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, depending on what works best for your schedule.

Responsibilities May Include

Answering phones and assisting customers
Scheduling deliveries, services, and pickups
Data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
General office and administrative support
Helping coordinate day-to-day operations
Communicating with customers and team members
Handling multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
