Position Overview
We are hiring a Warehouse Loader/Unloader whose primary focus will be handling heavy packages, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and high activity levels—perfect for candidates who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently.
- Lift, move, and carry heavy packages (up to 70 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Organize shipments and place items in designated warehouse areas.
- Use pallet jacks, dollies, or other equipment to transport heavy goods when necessary.
- Assist with sorting, scanning, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues immediately.
- Support general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior warehouse, loading, or unloading experience preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to walk long distances, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
- English required; additional languages (Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish) a plus.
