Are comfortable traveling to clients’ homes throughout Cuyahoga County

This is a part-time, field-based position requiring travel to meet with clients in their homes. This is not a remote or office-based role.

About SPSCS

Senior Planning Community Solutions (SPSCS) helps individuals and families successfully navigate the Medicaid application process. We work directly with families to simplify the process and help them access essential healthcare benefits.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Medicaid Enrollment Field Representative who enjoys working independently, meeting with families, and helping people navigate important life situations.

You’ll travel to clients’ homes throughout Cuyahoga County to assist with the Medicaid application process, collect required documentation and signatures, answer questions, and ensure all necessary information is submitted accurately.

This is a part-time position working approximately 4 hours per day, 2–3 days per week. Previous Medicaid experience is preferred but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in their homes throughout Cuyahoga County
Assist families with the Medicaid application process
Collect required documents, information, and signatures
Review documentation for completeness before leaving appointments
Scan and upload documents promptly
Follow up with clients regarding missing documentation
Provide accurate appointment notes and application updates
Maintain regular communication with the office
Represent SPSCS professionally during every client interaction

Required Qualifications

Live in or near Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Available 2–3 days per week for approximately 4 hours per day
Comfortable traveling between client appointments
Comfortable meeting clients in their homes
Comfortable using Outlook, email, and scanning/uploading documents
Able to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
