Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Coordinator to join our mission-driven nonprofit outpatient behavioral health organization. This role supports the finance department by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and maintaining strong internal controls that support high-quality community services.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to supporting the financial integrity of a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families.

Essential Duties:

Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Bank & Account Reconciliations
Assist with month end closing and preparations of journal entires
Supports audit preparation and ability to work with external auditors.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in accounting or at least two years experience in accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger.
Knowledge of Non-Profit Accounting Software
Fluent in Excel
Working Knowledge of Microsoft office, OneDrive, Microsoft teams and Zoom.
