Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Process invoices, statements, and vendor/subcontractor payments accurately and on time
Support construction accounting tasks such as job costing, draw requests, and payment tracking across active projects
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors by phone and email
Provide general administratve and office support across our construction, real estate, and related business operations
Help organize records, files, and paperwork so the team can move quickly on multiple projects at once
Pitch in wherever needed as priorities shift — this is a hands-on, multifaceted role
