Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of Workday Adaptive Planning, including ongoing maintenance of models, dimensions, metadata, and user access management

Lead the design and continuous improvement of system functionality to better support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning workflows

Create and maintain reporting outputs, planning templates, and executive dashboards that support the broader FP&A team

Dive into financial data to surface trends, flag anomalies, and deliver actionable insights that drive better business decisions

Serve as the go-to resource for data integrity — owning the accuracy and consistency of all forecast and planning data within the system

Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to support integrations, process improvements, and system alignment

Handle and manipulate large, complex datasets in support of ongoing reporting and analysis needs

Act as an internal subject matter expert — onboarding new users, building adoption, and providing ongoing training and support

Keep system documentation, process guides, and best practices current and accessible

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

3+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or financial analysis with meaningful hands-on system ownership

Demonstrated experience administering enterprise financial planning platform — Workday Adaptive Planning

Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and troubleshoot complex planning logic independently

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proven ability to work with large datasets accurately and efficiently

Clear, confident communicator — equally comfortable collaborating with finance leadership or IT teams

Experience building out reporting infrastructure, planning tools, or executive dashboards is a plus
