Advanced Behavioral Specialists is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person, clinic-based team in Riverside, California.
The BCBA will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized ABA treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and mid-level clinical staff, reviewing clinical data, providing caregiver training, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments and skills-based assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessment findings, clinical observations, caregiver input, and client needs.
- Create measurable, socially significant goals addressing communication, behavior reduction, social development, adaptive functioning, self-help skills, and independence.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, guidance, training, and performance feedback to RBTs, mid-level clinical staff, and other members of the treatment team.
- Support mid-level clinical staff in program implementation, data review, staff coaching, caregiver training, documentation, and treatment-plan execution.
- Review the clinical work of mid-level staff to ensure consistency, treatment integrity, and alignment with BCBA recommendations.
- Delegate appropriate clinical responsibilities while maintaining oversight and accountability for client treatment.
- Conduct regular observations of treatment sessions to evaluate client progress, staff performance, procedural fidelity, and the effectiveness of intervention strategies.
- Review, analyze, and interpret client data to determine treatment efficacy and make timely, data-driven modifications.
- Provide direct ABA therapy services when clinically appropriate or needed for assessment, treatment modification, staff training, or continuity of care.

QualificationsRequired

Position Schedule
We are currently hiring for the following in-person, clinic-based schedules:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Part-Time
Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Candidates must be available to work consistently during the schedule selected at the time of hire.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a structured, in-person ABA clinic environment.
